A $50 cleaning fee will be added to any van rentals if the van is returned in poor condition. Please be sure to remove all trash and gear from the van after using it.
A $25 Refill Fee will be applied if the van is not returned with a full tank of gas in addition to the cost of fuel.

Policy
We have a few policies you'll want to know before you inquire about a rental.
Pick-up / Drop-Off
Video Gear Rentals are available for pick-up and drop off during business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM) by appointment only. Equipment can be picked up at our Raleigh office, located at 410 S. Salisbury St. Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27601.
Any pick-up/drop-off requests outside of these business hours will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis and will result in a $25 After Hours Fee.
Rush Fee
Video gear and camera rentals that are requested to be picked up within 2 hours of the initial request will result in an additional $25 rush fee.
Communication
Please default to email correspondence (gear@myriad.video) at all times unless there is a time sensitive request. This email is monitored during business hours.
Holiday Closures
Our gear rental department follows the same Holiday calendar as Myriad. Any pick-up/drop-offs that need to be scheduled during these days will result in a $25 After Hours Fee.
If you send an email request for a rental during these holidays, they will be answered during our next business day.
Late Fee
Video Gear Rentals are invoiced with NET 30 terms. A late fee of 3% will be added to your invoice if you pay after this time.
Missed Appointments
There is a 30 minute grace period for missed appointments for pick-up/drop-off. After those thirty minutes, a $25 missed appointment fee will be charged for any missed appointments. (If you know you are running behind, have hit traffic, etc. let Melissa know.)
Insurance Requirements
Myriad Media requires a Certificate of Insurance naming Myriad Media Designs, Inc as additional insured and loss payee before confirmation of rental. Any items found missing or damaged will be invoiced at their full replacement value.
Cancellation Policy
We require that a firm hold on equipment be released in advance of 24 hours of pick-up time (3pm prior to rental date). Any cancellation of equipment within the 24 hour window may incur a cancellation fee up to the full amount of rental quote.
Rental agreement
Myriad Media requires a signed Rental Agreement before items can be taken off premise.
